Description

A Pet Memorial QR Code Plaque, Linked to Their Own Online Page

A grave marker can hold a name and two dates. Their story needs more room than that. Legacy Plus joins the two: a permanent online memorial page filled with their photos, a video, their story and messages from the people who loved them, connected to a weatherproof QR plaque you can place wherever they rest.

Anyone who visits simply scans the QR code with their phone camera, and their page opens instantly. There’s no app to download, and no account needed to view it.

Where to place your plaque

The plaque is weatherproof and made for outdoors. Fix it to a headstone or grave marker, place it on an urn, or leave it at their favourite spot in the garden. Wherever it is, their full story is one scan away.

How it works

  1. Choose Legacy Plus and check out.
  2. Create your account and build their page. Log in, then add their photos, video, story and details yourself, whenever you’re ready. It takes about ten minutes.
  3. We link your plaque to their page, then ship it with The Courier Guy.
  4. Place the plaque, and share the link with family and friends, or keep it private. You decide who can see it.
