Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A good friend of mine recently lost her dog, and I wanted to get her a keepsake she could carry with her wherever she goes. Pet Memorials helped me do exactly that! 🤍

What I wanted wasn’t on their website, so I sent them a WhatsApp explaining my idea, and they made it happen.

They were also super fast! I ordered on Friday and received it on Monday. It came in a lovely box, which made it feel extra special. They even included a Hug in a Mug sachet—such a sweet, thoughtful touch!

My friend loved her gift, and that meant everything to me. Thank you, Pet Memorials! Give them a try—you won’t regret it.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From the moment I contacted Pet Memorials, I was treated with kindness and understanding.

I ordered a memorial wallet card and engraved lock in memory of our beloved pet, Luna, as a gift for my husband, and they turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined.
The engraving is incredibly detailed, the quality is outstanding, and everything was packaged with so much love and care.

During such a heartbreaking time, it meant so much to receive something that honoured our precious little girl so perfectly. We are truly grateful.
Thank you, Pet Memorials.

Questions families often ask

Still unsure? Read all FAQs or message us on WhatsApp.

How do I choose the right photo?

Choose a clear, well-lit photo where your pet is facing the camera. Original photos work better than screenshots. If you're unsure, send it to us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll tell you honestly how it will look.

Will I see the design before it's made?

Yes. For every personalised order, we email you an artwork proof the same working day you order, and nothing is made until you've approved it. You can ask for changes to the wording or layout at no extra cost.

Are your memorials suitable for outdoors?

Our granite and sandstone grave markers, engraved river stones and Rainbow Bridge love locks are made for the garden. Slates, candle holders and ceramic pieces are for indoors. Each product page says which it is.

How long does delivery take?

Your memorial is made within 1 working day of approval and payment. The Courier Guy then delivers door-to-door or to a PUDO locker, usually in 1 to 4 working days to major centres and a little longer to regional areas.
