Choose your memorial in our shop, upload your pet's photo (if the product uses one) and fill in the personalisation details. For personalised items we email you a digital artwork proof, and we start making your memorial as soon as you've approved it and payment has been received.

Most memorials need:

• Your pet's name
• A favourite photo (optional on some products)
• Birth and passing dates (optional)
• A personal message or tribute
• A symbol of your choice, such as paw prints, a heart or angel wings

Absolutely. You can add your own message, a favourite quote, a line from a poem or a short tribute, so the memorial is truly theirs.

Yes. A personalised memorial is a thoughtful sympathy gift for a friend or family member who has lost a pet. If you're not sure what they would choose, send a gift card from R100, emailed straight to them with your message.

For the best result, choose:

• A high-resolution photo with good lighting
• A clear photo where your pet is facing the camera
• The original photo rather than a screenshot

Yes. For every personalised order, we email you a digital artwork proof, usually the same working day, and nothing is made until you've approved it. You can ask for changes to the wording or layout at no extra cost.

Once you've approved your proof and payment has been received, we personalise and pack your order in our Midrand workshop within 1 working day. The Courier Guy then collects it on the next available collection day.

Yes. We deliver nationwide with The Courier Guy, door-to-door or to a PUDO locker. Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 working days to major centres, 2 to 5 to regional areas and 3 to 7 to remote areas. These are courier estimates, not guarantees. See our Delivery Policy for full details.

We're so sorry if that happens. Please contact us as soon as possible, within the timeframe in our Delivery Policy, and send photos of the item and the packaging. We'll make it right with you.

Our Midrand workshop is a production space only, so it isn't open to visitors. Everything is ordered online and delivered to you. If you'd like to talk anything through first, message us on WhatsApp.

Our granite and sandstone grave markers, engraved river stones and Rainbow Bridge love locks are made for the garden. Slates, candle holders, mugs and ceramic pieces are for indoor display. Each product page says which it is.

Yes. We make personalised memorials for dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, horses and every other much-loved companion.
