Frequently asked questions
Can I change the message on the front?
No. The front message is standard on every keyring. We personalise the back with your pet’s name, dates and symbol.
Will the engraving wear off?
No. It’s laser engraved into the metal, so it won’t rub off or fade with everyday use.
Can each family member have one?
Yes. Order one per person; each can carry the same name, dates and symbol.
